DELIVERY

Boutique Michel Brisson allows a period of three days once the order has been placed to confirm the availability of the goods ordered and to verify the transaction by contacting the holder of the credit card used during the order or his financial institution. Once the transaction is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email and the order will be shipped under the following conditions:

* For delivery to the following destinations - Alaska, American Samoa, "Armed Forces Europe", "Armed Forces Pacific", "Federated States of Micronesia", Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands - the Shipping costs are $ 70 or FREE for orders of $ 1000 and more.

Orders made in Canada and the United States will be delivered via Expresspost or Purolator. International orders will be delivered by DHL Express or Fedex.

Dries Van Noten items can only be delivered to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Orders are processed by Boutique Michel Brisson from Monday to Friday during opening hours, excluding public holidays. If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, outside opening hours or on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day. Orders are delivered once the availability of the merchandise is confirmed and payment is made.

Once the order is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information, including any tracking number if applicable.

 

TAXES AND OTHER FEES

Applicable taxes are calculated at the time of purchase. They vary according to the province and the country to which the order will be delivered and they are calculated according to the laws and regulations of that province. Taxes do not apply for orders placed in the United States.

Boutique Michel Brisson is not responsible for any tax or other costs related to the delivery of an order, whatever the circumstances.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Boutique Michel Brisson accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise during the seven days following delivery as long as the original labels are still present on the merchandise and that the latter has not been worn, used or damaged in any way. is. In order to make a return or exchange of merchandise, the customer must obtain a reference number and indicate this number on the package at the time of return.

Then, please mention the number of your order, as well as the item (s) you wish to return or exchange. You will then receive a reference number as soon as possible.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of merchandise in addition to all taxes and other charges associated with such delivery. All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Boutique Michel Brisson reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria set out above or that have been re-sent without a reference number.
