When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and e-mail address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive an Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system. Email Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our stores, new products or other updates.

SECTION 4 - LIGHTSPEED

Our online store is hosted on Lightspeed. Lightspeed is the provider of our online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and general application. Shopify stores your data on a server that is secured by a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card information. This data is encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI (Security Standards Council), which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card information by our online store and its service providers. SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY

In general, the third party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information as necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us. However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your transactions related to the acquisition of products or services. For those providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled by those providers. Where applicable, this recommendation is especially important for third party service providers located (or having facilities located) in a jurisdiction other than ours or yours. If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer ( SSL ) technology and will be stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements, in addition to all generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - "COOKIES"

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to allow the use of each type of cookie: "_session_id", unique token, terminates at the end of the session, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referring page, landing page, etc.); "_shopify_visit", no data retained, active for 30 minutes after your last visit, used by our website provider to record the number of visits to our website. ); "_shopify_visit", no data held, active for 30 minutes after last visit, used by our website provider to record the number of visits to our site; "_shopify_uniq", no data held, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, counts the number of visits to our online store by the same customer; "Cart", unique token, active for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart; "_secure_session_id", unique token,

ends at the end of the session; "storefront_digest", unique token, undefined if the online store requires a password to log in, is used to determine if the current visitor has access; "PREF", active for a very short period of time, set by Google in order to know who is visiting the website and where they came from.
